Housing Sentiment in April Rebounds Following March Dip

Fannie Mae recently announced that April proved to be a strong month for home buyer confidence following a slight dip in March. Of note, the percentage of Americans who believe now is a good time to buy a home increased 5%, while the number of Americans reporting that their income is significantly higher than it was 12 months ago also increased 2%.
