Existing Home Sales Begin 2017 with a Bang

Median existing-home prices as well as condominium and single-family home prices are up 7.1, 6.2 and 7.3 percent respectively from this time last year. These increases led existing-home sales to grow 3.3 percent and hit a 10-year high in January.
