According to Google,

  • 81% of smartphone users browse the internet within one week
  • 79% use smartphone to help with shopping
  • 95% search for local information
  • 71% search from seeing an ad

Google also reported that 79% of top advertisers don’t have a mobile-optimized website, meaning that consumer experience can be clunky and cumbersome when browsing a site on a phone.

However, Homes & Land advertisers receive a smartphone-enabled personal website at no additional change. This gives consumers an easy way to view your inventory, see additional photos and contact you for more information, directly from their phone.
