Fewer Homes, More Impact

Once you’ve decided to advertise in Homes & Land, how do you decide which listings to include in your ad?

“All of them” is not the right answer. The best thing to do is include a sample of the different kinds of homes you’re representing, with good photos of each one. According to the NAR, a typical buyer looks at 12 properties before making a decision. So buyers don’t usually purchase the home they contact you about.

Use advertising to connect with buyers and establish relationships – then help them find their perfect home. Fewer homes on a properly designed page will result in more leads, more relationships, and more homes sold.
