After you finish your presentation with the prospective customer you should:

A. Ask a secondary closing question of when they want delivery, or something about terms of sale.

B. Assume you have the sale, tell them “here’s how we get started,” and have a contract or agreement ready to sign.

C. Not leave until they give you a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer.
