Working Your Leads

No matter how you get your leads, you still have to “work” them. That’s what I learned when I read Mike Parker’s Online Marketing: Technology Without Technique Doesn’t Work on RISMedia.com

Leads are not magical and you have to put time and effort into following up, especially leads that come from the Internet.  And it is very important to get leads from the Internet. If you don’t, there is a whole group of active hombuyers that you may be missing out on. Remember a lead is just that, it is up to you, the real estate professional, to turn it into something else.
