Homes & Land advertisers gain additional access to millions of buyers and sellers
Tallahassee, FL (March 18, 2008) – Homes & Land, the affluent home buyer’s marketplace, announced today it has signed a listing feed partnership with Zillow.com. The agreement provides that all real estate listings on HomesAndLand.com will automatically be uploaded to Zillow.com. Zillow is ranked among the most visited real estate sites by comScore Media Matrix.

The Homes & Land brand is visible in more than 30,000 communities across North America. Its website – HomesAndLand.com – is the number one real estate search site for affluent buyers with more than 65 percent of visitors with household incomes of $100,000 or more. The Zillow partnership adds to Homes & Land Affiliates, LLC more than 20 partnerships. According to comScore Media Metrix, the Real Estate Internet Audience in December 2007’s grew 5 percent over the previous December to 32,747 million unique visitors, nearly 18 percent of the total Internet audience. Zillow.com ranks at the top real estate sites in terms of unique visitors. Homes & Land also has partnerships with HomeGain, Truilia, Yahoo Real Estate, and MSN Real Estate, all ranking among the top 10 real estate sites.
Zillow is best known for its “Zestimate,” which provides an estimate of a property’s value. In addition to Zestimate, HomesAndLand.com also includes home valuation estimates from Trulia, HomeGain and eppraisal.com on its comparison tool accessible on the home page link “What’s My Home Worth?”
